Users will be able to burn $LAY and $ORB tokens and mint a new #NFT
The country vaults for the mintable new countries have roughly $80,000 waiting for early minters.
In addition to a share of the taxes accumulated in the new countries, all unclaimed MetaBora / Birdie Shot whitelist spots will be given to new explorers on a FCFS basis.
